Joseph A. Walsh Executive Vice President Upon graduation from California University of Pennsylvania, Joe began his 24 year career with Secon Corporation. Known for his depth of experience in construction and attention to detail, he has learned the business from the ground up. Joe has dedicated many hours to his career in design and development and is committed to giving each project the utmost attention. With the support of his wife, Julie, and their three children, as well as his Secon team, Joe has overseen the construction and management of the business parks built by Secon Corporation |

Brad Little Vice President, Property Management Brad has been with Secon Corporation for 15 years. With over 30 years experience in the building trades, Brad brings a level of knowledge and quality necessary to create and support Secon's reputation for exceptional business park environments. Brad and his staff of employees maintain and service over 400,000 square feet of office space, 27 acres of superbly manicured, award-winning landscaping, in addition to offering tenant services that are unmatched in the Property Management field. |

Marcy Reid Vice President, Leasing and Marketing Marcy was hired by Secon in 1999 to establish a marketing department for the existing business parks as well as the projected growth of the company. Shortly thereafter she was given the opportunity to lease, and has been doing it ever since. Her work background includes office management, sales and over 14 years in the real estate industry. Marcy received her Bachelors Degree from Penn State University. |

Luana Sevick Controller Luana brought more than 15 years of accounting experience to the Secon team in 1999. She earned a BS degree in Accounting from California University of Pennsylvania. She manages the Accounting and HR departments with the assistance of her experienced staff. |
